The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Seekins moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 2. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Seekins offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 4, line 16: Delete “otherwise have an” Insert “have a sufficient” Page 4, line 19: Delete “otherwise has an” Insert “has a sufficient” Senator Seekins moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2.
